Thank you for shopping with Miss Me Wholesale. If you are not completely satisfied or items are damaged, you may return & exchange some items. Return & exchange are accepted with our authorization only. Please remember that the Return & Exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through wholesale.missme.com.
We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7 days
time frame
outlined below. For the returned
items, the original shipping charges are
non-refundable. For the damaged items to exchange, a prepaid return shipping
label will be
provided.
In order to receive a Return Authorization Number, please submit &
request a Return
Authorization Form to cs@missme.com within 7 days of receipt of goods with the following
information:
- Company Name
- Address
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Quantity & Color
- Reason for Return/Exchange
Please note: Sale Items are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be
returned. The
buyer must pay all costs related to
return shipping charges. Miss Me
Wholesale will not issue a Return Authorization for damages and claims
after indicated
dates. Claims for any damage must be
made within 2 days upon receipt of
merchandise with all parts included.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Request an RA (Return Authorization) Form within 7 days of delivery with
following
information.(Company Name, Address,
Invoice Number, Style Number, Quantity,
Color and Reason for Return)
- After authorizing the request, we will send you RA Number. Enclose RA form
and your
original receipt with your
return/exchange item(s) and write the RA number(s)
on the outside of the package. Please return the item(s) within 2 days from the
date your
RA was issued.
- Please ship your return package via any major delivery service which
provides tracking
capabilities, as returns without a
tracking number will not be accepted.
Please email the tracking number once you send the package.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All returns must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached in unopened
condition with
the manufacturers' seal. The following
items are non-returnable. Credit will
not be issued for the following:
- Items returned after 7 days
- Returns with NO RA Number outside of the package
- Undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, etc.
